This unofficially named trio of peaks near the southeast end of the Santa Rosa Mountains offers one of the more nearly 5,000 feet over 13.6 miles from the desert floor at the opening of Palo Verde Canyon to the Santa Rosa crest. Hikers attempting this route should be in good physical condition. Additionally, hikers should be prepared for steep grades, loose soil, rugged footing, and prolonged periods of exposure.
